WELCOME
Blue Carton Eggs is committed to providing the finest quality eggs to our flock share owners.
Why flock share?
If  you are concerned about the treatment of the animals that produce your food...Maybe you desire food that is produced locally or has the highest nutritional value available...
What do our girls eat?
Whats in an egg?
Why flock share?
Our girls spend the day foraging for bugs, grasses, seeds and any other treats they can find.  They also have umlimited access to vegetarian feed that never contains added hormones or antibiotics.

Eggs are loaded with proteins, vitamins, minerals, good fats and various trace nutrients. An average large egg contains 77 calories, 5 grams of fat and 6 grams of protein with all 9 essential amino acids. They are rich in iron, phosphorous, selenium and vitamins A, B12, B2 and B5.
Grocery store eggs can be up to 30 days old before they make it to the store shelf.  The dates you find on your store carton eggs are optional and only offer a suggested time frame. There's no real way to know just how old those eggs are.

WHAT WE DO
Blue Carton Eggs is a small, family run chicken enterprise.  We treat our girls like family!  They spend their days roaming the property looking for their next feast.  The nights are spent in a warm, cozy coop, protected from predators.  Our eggs come in all shades of brown and even some shades of blue and green!  Check out our chicken gallery, featuring our most social hens.  Don't forget to stop by our recipe page.  Its filled with delicious ways to use your eggs.
